Tgate Visitor Management Privacy Policy

Tgate software uses the visitor management system as a key component of a comprehensive safety program for our employees, patients, housemaids, students, and visitors. Tgate allows us to know who is on our campus, whom they are visiting, and why.

Tgate respects your desire to keep your personal information private and secure. To that end, we have adopted a privacy policy regarding Tgate software that entails the following:

• 1. We will only collect information that you voluntarily give to us. Your information is stored in a secure database within the Tgate dedicated servers. At no time is any collected information available on any public networks whatsoever.
• 2. Once we have collected your personal information, we will not sell or share your information with anyone outside Tgate . However, there may be instances where we disclose your personal information to third parties, for example:
• As required or permitted By Law: We will share your personal information when we have to or may do so under federal, state or local law.
• To Avert a Serious Threat to Health or Safety: We may use and share your personal information when we have to in order to prevent a serious threat to your health and safety or the health and safety of our employees, patients or the public or another person.
